Time Management Skills: Agenda
Managing sports, school, church, family and friends can be an extreme hassle, if not kept track of. In order to keep everything in its place, I use sheets of notebook paper as an agenda to record when tests are, when I need to study, when a homework assignment or project is due, and when I have practice. It helps me keep my busy world a bit less chaotic, and definitely is an effective way to manage my time. Having time management skills is a part of "foundations" because having a plan has been set out for me by my mother since I was a newborn with a feeding/sleeping schedule. Time management is an integral FOUNDATION because it is laid out at an early age, and can be added to and modified the rest of your life to fit your current situation.
