Inquiry Thinking Skills: Lady Jane Grey and Antigone
A research paper is no small feat. It takes many different steps in order to complete it. After choosing a topic, in this case, comparing Lady Jane Grey to Antigone, and deeming the latter an archetype for a martyr, some primary source research must be done. I found two invaluable primary sources off of EbscoHost, one titled, "The Many Faces of Lady Jane Grey" by Frank Prochaska, and another titled "Lady Jane Grey Proclaimed Queen" by Richard Cavendish. I then withdrew the main ideas from the text, as seen by the highlights and annotations, and compared the works of Prochaska and Cavendish to one another, and the novel Mythology by Edith Hamilton.
