Chesterfield Timed Write
In preparation for the language AP test, we have been practicing how to write theoretical analysis essays in a limited amount of time. We first have to analyze and annotate a selection of writing, which is a very important form of prewriting for any document-based question. Then, using the document, the goal is to write a quick but coherent essay about the rhetorical strategies used in the passage. I received a 36/40 on this essay, which I believe demonstrates my ability to solve a self-generated question, but still leaves room to grow next semester.
